More and more of the high street grocery stores are setting up online supermarkets and home delivery services. We were getting emails from all of them - all claiming to be the best/cheapest/widest range (delete as appropriate). So we decided to take a closer look.
- We've found out as much of the basic info as we can - and sometimes that wasn't as straight forward as you'd think.
- We use all of the major online supermarkets - we want to get a feel for the service.
- We've spoken to all of the customer service teams to see what they are like. In fact most are really helpful.
- We keep testing - things do change online almost day by day.
- We've provided details for the five main players and have experienced them all.
- We've written a few articles (listed on the right) that might help you choose an online supermarket or home delivery company.
- Our favourite online supermarket is Tesco.
- But Marks and Spencer provide great flowers.
Not professionals
