M&S Flowers - Delivery Information
Delivery charges are included in the price of Marks & Spencer flowers. M&S
Flowers must be ordered by 5pm for next day delivery. Nominated day delivery
is included in the price of your flowers. Marks and Spencer are unable to deliver
flowers or foods to BFPO, addresses, PO Boxes, the Channel Islands or overseas.
'Flowers by Post' will
be delivered via Royal Mail first class post and your order
will be posted the day after Marks & Spencer receives your order. Flower orders
should arrive within three working days, subject to Royal Mail. If your flowers
arrive by post they may be slightly soft as they will have been without water for
a few days. Once placed in water the stems and buds will firm up as they re-hydrate.
Marks and Spencer flowers have been carefully grown, picked, arranged and packaged
to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Some flowers may arrive in bud but these
will open, giving you maximum vase life. If you follow the M&S flower care
instructions, your flowers should last for at least seven days.
Note: Not all hospitals will accept deliveries of flowers. Please check with the
hospital before placing your order. Amendments & cancellations can be accepted until
your M and S flower order is prepared for despatch. However, during busy periods,
such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, cancellations and amendments
are not possible to your order as your order details may be prepared up to three days
before your order is ready to be despatched.
